Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at TFashion Mart. All products are shipped from our United States warehouse location. We do our best to process orders ASAP. However, we do ask for 1-5 business days to process and ship your order. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur.

We want to make sure that your package is delivered to you promptly and without any issues. To help us achieve this, please take a moment to ensure that your address is accurately entered, including all the necessary information. It is important to use the appropriate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). This will greatly help us in ensuring that your package is delivered on time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered during the purchase process.

Processing time

Every order undergoes a processing time that is separate from the time it takes for the shipment to reach its final destination. For standard domestic orders, this processing time can take up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. However, please note that this is just an estimate and the processing time may vary depending on several factors.

After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. For both standard and expedited orders, it may still take up to 5 business days to be processed. Please keep in mind that this estimated processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Multiple Orders Consolidation

We would like to inform you that it is our standard practice to automatically combine multiple orders made by the same customer with the same shipping address. This helps streamline the shipping process and ensures more efficient delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing multiple orders, as they may be consolidated into a single shipment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you decide to refuse a shipment from TFashion Mart. If this happens, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. Please note that this amount will be deducted from any credit issued to you.

Free Shipping Promotion

We may occasionally have a free shipping promotion with or without announcement. Free shipping promotion may end at any time without announcement. Orders eligible for the free shipping promotion will ship via USPS or UPS. Free shipping promotion is only available to 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC) and not available to the non-contiguous states and territories. The non-contiguous states and territories are as follows: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).

Delivery policy

TFashion Mart does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address for the order.

Package protection

You have an option to add a package protection at checkout for a small fee for the insurance. By adding the package protection option (Green Shipping Protection) at checkout, your package is protected from any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

in stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are in stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved rights regarding shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, TFashion Mart reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, TFashion Mart reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, TFashion Mart reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
